James E. Peserik Associates, Inc is a private Forensic Engineering and Consulting firm based out of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. James has 34 years of experience and is an expert in the fields of Forensic Engineering, Fire Investigations, Product failure, fire and explosion cause and origin, design defects, manufacturing defects, accident reconstruction and Forensic Consulting Services. He is responsible for all day to day operations of the business as well.
In addition, James is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners and is a member of the Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology. He also is a licensed Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, and Fire and Investigation Instructor. He also obtained a certificate acknowledging his expertise in Vehicle Fire Investigation.

James’ educational career was spent at St. Josephs University and the University of Wisconsin where he received his Masters Degree in Public Safety and his Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, respectively.
