Eugene was the Past President of the Copyright Society of the U.S., The Founder of the Law Section of Libel Defense Resource Center, American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, and Washington D.C. Bar Association.
His educational career was spent at the University and Maryland, where he received his LLB.
