Erlin Sarwin is recognized by
Continental Who’s Who among Manufacturing Professionals. Erlin is Head Group ICS with Holcim Group Support Ltd.
As Head Group International Control System, Erlin is responsible for managing the implementation and monitoring of the operations of internal control systems in the Holcim Group globally to ensure compliance with the Swiss regulation. Erlin has vast knowledge of internal control, finance and accounting, as well as process. In addition, Erlin prides herself on her multicultural approach which is emphasized by her tri-lingual proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesian, and German.
Erlin is member of the Institute of Internal Audit, as well as the Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, Erlin is Secretary of East- West Center Alumni (EWCA) Indonesian Chapter and was the recipient of the organization’s Scholar Award from 1997-1999.
Erlin received both her Master of Business Administration as well as her Master of Accounting from the University of Hawaii. In addition, she also received her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
In the future, Erlin hopes to contribute in improving process and control and strives to continue to do business in an ethical fashion.
