Douglas founded DJH & Associates upon his retirement from a long and successful career with AT&T, where he learned many skills necessary to facilitate his role as a Consulting Professional.

At DJH & Associates, Douglas provides training and development to a large client base. He prides himself on his ability to use his wealth of knowledge and experience to coach and train professionals seeking to achieve life-altering goals. Douglas’ company has found great success through its use of a unique methodology based on spaced repetition, which studies have shown to be an effective learning technique.

In addition to his role at DJH & Associates, Douglas is an active member of his community where he has served on several boards and commissions including the Alamo Work Source Board, Alamo Community College District Oversight Board, City of San Antonio Police Chief Search Committee, Alamo City Black Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
