Clarence is an expert in the field of Consulting, and specializes in Construction Management and Engineering. Clarence has Fifty years of Construction Engineering experience. Thirty-six years with Morrison-Knudse. In the past he has held positions as an Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Vice President of Engineering, and Vice President of International Marketing.
In addition, Clarence’s work experience includes both domestic and international. In his experience, he interacted with Contractors, Owners, and Engineers in 40 countries. Major projects he was involved with include San Luis Dam, Tavera Dam, Tenn-Tombigbee Divide Cut, King Khalid Military City, Hong Kong Airport, Fort Drum 10th Mountain Division, Valdez Terminal and Thompson Pass Pipeline in Alaska.
His educational career was spent at Boise Jr. College as well as at the University of Colorado.
